RYAN BELL
Ryan is the owner of Spirit Sound & Light. Ryan enjoys playing drums, mowing grass, and spending time with his family. Outside of work, he is also the lighting director at his church and plays drums on the worship team.
MEGAN BELL
Megan is the Administrative Assistant at Spirit Sound & Light. She enjoys time spent with her young family, swimming, and catching up with old friends.
BRENT BAYNE
Brent works hard as the Logistics and Shop Manager at Spirit Sound & Light. He enjoys fishing, working on the tech teams at his local church and spending time with his wife and kids.
TOM GATES
Tom is an Installations/Integration Project Manager at Spirit Sound & Light. He enjoys fishing, playing guitar, and spending time with his sons and friends. Outside of work, Tom serves his church and he has helped launch several ministries to serve his community.
GAVIN MAST
Gavin is an AVL Technician at Spirit Sound & Light. His hobbies include playing guitar, watching hockey, and herding cattle. Outside of work, Gavin plays on the worship team at his church and post-produces the church's live stream.
QUINN GINGRICH
Quinn is an AVL technician at Spirit Sound & Light. Quinn’s customer-driven approach is an asset to our team and our live event clients alike. He enjoys time with family, swimming pool maintenance and his local radio DJ side-hustle every Sunday morning.
NIKKI BAYNE
Nikki is a shop, office and special projects assistant at Spirit Sound & Light. She enjoys time at the gym, hanging out with friends and her family.
TANNER PATCHETT
Tanner is an AVL Technician at Spirit Sound & Light. His hobbies include playing golf and hanging out with his friends and family. He also plays guitar and piano. Outside of work, he plays on multiple worship teams and serves on the tech teams at his church.
DAKOTA BAYNE
Dakota is a shop and event assistant at Spirit Sound & Light. Outside of work Dakota enjoys landscaping, working on vehicles/mechanical projects and spending time with family and friends.
